Return and Refund Policy

Rental Policies:

• Rentals must be returned by 1:00 pm (am half day), 7:00 pm (pm half day), or 7:00 pm (whole day)
• Late returns past 30 minutes will be charged an additional "whole day" fee 
• All renters will be required to sign liability waiver in person prior to renting
• All equipment will be inspected by owner and renter prior to renting and at return
• Damage to equipment (excessive scratches, broken parts, etc.) will be assessed a damage fee of $25.00
• Renters will be charged full retail pricing for loss of any rental equipment 
• Renters can contact us if early return is needed.
